Our story

The Domaine de Roquefun has existed for 4 generations. The wine is vinified in the traditional way in the vats of Gilles Verdu’s Great Grandfather. The semi-buried concrete vats guarantee a perfect control of the temperatures for the vinification.

Carried out by his companion Sandrine, in the respect of the know-how of the Domain, this vinification emphasizes the fruit and the freshness of the wines, so that the wine remains a moment of sharing and conviviality dear to Mr. Verdu René, the Great Grandfather.

The vineyard is made up of endemic vines of the soil: Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, planted for 30 years and more. The Vermentino, a white grape variety found in Corsica and Italy, which adapts perfectly to our very dry and windy soil, is vinified as a single variety.
